Recently promoted to Chef, Brian Bellem has been our Head Baker for over 4 years.  Except for a brief hiatus away from Prescott to obtain his degree from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Brian has been a Prescott local for over 15 years.  He worked closely with former Chef Dennis, and will carry on the traditions established over the years and bring some new excitement to our menus.
